Bypassing the White House, the Pentagon, and Reality, the Tennessee Republican Party today declared victory in Iraq.
Straight from the press release:
…America’s military has moved Iraq solidly into the win column thanks to the surge and new military and civil affairs tactics in Iraq over the last year and a half.
The TNGOP also notes:
…Obama’s failure to support the strategy that has brought America an important victory in the War on Terror.
Victory is already here! Who knew? The TNGOP, that’s who! They may be the first (and only) people to notice, but that’s okay. The good news is that with Iraq “solidly in the win column” we can start to bring our troops home.
