In Tennessee, one out of every 615 homeowners received a foreclosure notice in the last month alone – putting us at #12 in the nation for the highest foreclosure rate.
Foreclosure rates for the state are up 3.9% in June over May, and more significantly, UP 30.1% over June of last year.
Nationally, foreclosure rates dropped 3.4% in June compared to May, but again more significantly, are UP 53.3% over June of last year.

That’s some good advisin’ there, Phil. Heckuva job.
