Sen. Lamar! Alexander continues his war against getting anything accomplished whatsoever today by voting to filibuster the Appalachian Regional Development Act, three bills designed to strengthen child pornography prosecutions, vision care for children, and renewed funding for homeless kids and children with downs syndrome.
