Horse Sense

The Kentucky Derby ran this weekend. Horseracing is a pretty intense industry, and the tragedy of Eight Bell's finish will undoubtedly garner some attention to that in the coming weeks.

On a related note, though, in what may be the most ironic foreshadowing of the presidential campaign, Hillary Clinton announced before the Derby that her money was on Eight Bells, the only filly in the race.

Um.

Eight Bells came in second.
She lost to a horse named Big Brown.
And after she lost, they put her down.

Oh, Hillary.
